Payment and Cancellation Policy 

• A downpayment of 40% of our total fee is required to confirm your booking if you book more than 14 days prior to your arrival. The balance of payment must be paid 14 days prior to you arrival. 

• If you book less than 30 days prior to your arrival, the total fee (ie 100%) must be paid to confirm your booking. 

• You can cancel with a full refund if cancellation is made 30 days before check in. 

• 50 % refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before check in. 

• If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

House Rules

• The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details. There are no exceptions unless we approve additional Guests in writing. 

• You are not allowed to smoke inside the house. 

• Pets are not allowed. 

• Parties are not allowed. 

• The registered guest is responsible for the property and its contents for the entire period of the booking and will be liable for all breakages and damages, however caused by any Guest or visitors regardless of whether you are present or not at the time, the damage occurs.
